Cherry Cheese Pie
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
to room temperature
15 ounce sweetened condensed
milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can prepared cherry pie
filling, refrigerated
Prepared shortbread crust
Whip cream cheese until
fluffy. Gradually add condensed
milk while continuing to beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend. Pour
into crust. Chill 2-3 hours; top
with cherries.
