I made this for Sunday Dessert the last two Sundays and we have been loving it! I got the idea from a trifle that my Mom makes, but since peaches aren't in season and she uses peaches in her, I went with berries. You can substitute the fruit for any berries that you like, but the result is always delicious.
Berry Trifle
Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped)
Instant Vanilla Pudding (follow directions on package to make it)
Pound Cake (To cut down on the work I bought a Pound Cake at the grocery store)
Strawberries (chopped)
Raspberries
Layer the Ingredients into a tall bowl:
Pound Cake
Pudding
Whipped Cream
Berries
***Repeat these layers three times
