Burnt Pans

When I first got married, I didn't know how to make a sauce and ended up completely burning our only big pot... and we're talking BURNED as in the entire thing was black and I tried soaking it in hot, soapy water for days.  I finally did a little google search and found a technique that cleaned it in no time!  Here's how to do it:

Pour Coke (must be Coke brand, not generic, and can't be diet) into the pan and boil it for a little while.  Viola!  That should do the trick!  Hopefully that helps save you a pan and some money, like it did me!
