We are breakfast people--I NEED breakfast to get some energy for the day and get my metabolism going or else I have to drag myself around. One problem we have around here though is that we are usually running out the door to work before we have time to eat a healthy breakfast. I can handle eating a piece of fruit, grabbing some instant oatmeal, or settling for a breakfast granola bar with yogurt. On the other hand, my husband needs something a little more filling and something that he can eat as he is sitting down starting work (ie: nothing complicated to make). Typically that means unhealthy, pre-made, processed something-or-other from a box.
Does anyone have any suggestions?! Please help!
